Data Breach Response: In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to your rights and freedoms, tbjili will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Players without undue delay in accordance with Section 20(f) of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
While tbjili implements rigorous technical and organisational security measures, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbjili login credentials and for notifying tbjili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

tbjili will respond to all data rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, of which you will be notified. We may request proof of identity before processing any data rights request to protect against unauthorised access.
Some of the third-party service providers used by tbjili — including game content providers and technical infrastructure suppliers — may process or store data outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, tbjili ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard at least equivalent to that required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Safeguards for cross-border transfers may include contractual data processing agreements incorporating the standard data protection clauses recommended by the National Privacy Commission, and other measures as appropriate to the specific transfer and the data importer's jurisdiction.
tbjili may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a prominent notice on the tbjili Platform and, where practicable, via a notification to the mobile number registered to your account.
The updated Policy will take effect from the date indicated in the "Effective Date" field at the top of this document. Your continued use of tbjili following the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the changes, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
