Important: Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using tbjili. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tbjili ("the Platform"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
Age Restriction — 21 Years Minimum: Pursuant to Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements, participation in online gambling through tbjili is strictly limited to persons aged twenty-one (21) years and above. tbjili strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to verify Player age at any time.
To be eligible to register for and use a tbjili Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:
tbjili reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended pending investigation, and any funds held may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Each Player may hold only one (1) tbjili Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single Player ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and any additional KYC documentation requested by tbjili. You further agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes.
Your mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and the destination for all OTP verification codes. You are responsible for maintaining exclusive access to your registered mobile number. If your number changes, you must notify tbjili immediately through the official support channel.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tbjili will never ask you for your password or full OTP code. Any activity conducted through your Account with your credentials is your responsibility, unless you have notified tbjili of unauthorized access without undue delay.
tbjili reserves the right to conduct enhanced KYC verification at any stage, including but not limited to when a Player requests a withdrawal exceeding PHP 10,000, when unusual account activity is detected, or when required by applicable regulation. Required documents may include a government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
tbjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) exclusively. Supported payment channels currently include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice at the discretion of tbjili or the relevant payment service provider.
Deposits. All deposits are credited to your tbjili Wallet upon confirmation from the payment service provider. tbjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times outside of tbjili's control. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 50. tbjili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Anti-Money Laundering: In accordance with Philippine Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments, tbjili is required to monitor, record, and report suspicious transactions. tbjili cooperates fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Attempting to use tbjili for money laundering or any other financial crime is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
tbjili offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant promotion. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbjili Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently terminated, and may be subject to forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities as appropriate:

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game and the house edge for each table game are published within the game's information panel. These figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual Player or session.
In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on tbjili's server, the server-side record shall be the authoritative record for all purposes including settlement of bets and resolution of disputes. Technical malfunctions occurring on the Player's device, browser, or internet connection do not entitle the Player to compensation or re-play of affected rounds.
tbjili reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where there is evidence of software malfunction, data corruption, or tampering on any party's system. Players will be notified of any voided bets and the relevant stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
All content on the tbjili Platform — including but not limited to the tbjili brand, logo, trade name, website design, user interface, graphics, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of tbjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tbjili Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any tbjili content without express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tbjili and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the tbjili Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
tbjili's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their tbjili Wallet in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tbjili does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions are outside tbjili's liability.
tbjili is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. PAGCOR-mandated responsible gaming standards apply to all activity on this Platform.

tbjili processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines ("DPA"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. You may review your data rights and tbjili's data handling practices in full at the Privacy Policy page.
tbjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than Player-initiated closure or regulatory direction, tbjili will return the Player's confirmed cash Wallet balance (excluding any bonus balance not yet satisfying wagering requirements) to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any necessary fraud or compliance investigation.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting tbjili support. A cooling-off period will apply before Account closure is finalised to provide the Player an opportunity to confirm the request is intentional.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and tbjili, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through tbjili's internal complaints procedure. A formal complaint may be submitted in writing to the tbjili support email. tbjili will acknowledge the complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through tbjili's internal procedure, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
tbjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via a prominent notice on the tbjili Platform and, where appropriate, via the email address or mobile number registered to the Account.
Continued use of tbjili following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure through the standard procedure.
The version of the Terms & Conditions bearing the most recent effective date supersedes all previous versions. Archived versions of prior Terms may be requested from tbjili support.
